We have one of the most sophisticated laboratories and modern Quality Control based on international standards. Our team of analysts is comprised of experienced technologists in the field of food and bakery which ensure that the final product is always high quality. Quality control ensures that the flour has the best qualities, while the analysis is done to determine the wheat has no harmful toxins, pesticides or other harmful microorganisms to consumer health. This is achieved by special equipment at our disposal, and our collaboration with some of the best Italian laboratories accredited to perform these tests.
